Runner's World - April 2013

 

A quote from David and Anna’s book features as a “five-second fix” in reference to running technique.  Land your feet beneath you: “Think about driving your knees forward rather than reaching out in front with your foot.  This way, you’ll avoid overstriding”. (page 25).
