Workshops provide the perfect environment for you to gain a deeper understanding of the human body and how it functions during the running cycle, as well as receiving important feedback on your own running technique.


During a workshop, you learn from your fellow participants as well as from the teachers, watching each other run and discussing what you see.  Barefoot Running UK workshops take a fun, informal and interactive approach so that participants feel able to share their running, fitness and health stories which can lead to gathering more knowledge on the subjects that surround running, such as diet and lifestyle.


Theory and practice are mixed together so you have a complete package to take away with you, armed with all the necessary knowledge and tools to take your running journey further.
